Computer:

Pc/Mac: you can read your eBooks on your computer. You just need to install on your computer a program that allows you to view the content of the eBook. A free program, for example, is Adobe Digital Editions, which allows you to read eBooks in ePub format.
Once installed we recommend that you allow the program to access your Adobe ID, which is the personal profile that allows you to read your eBooks protected by DRM. To do this simply insert your Adobe ID and your password. Now you can read your eBooks on your computer or on your Mac, just open the files with Adobe Digital Editions.

eReader:

An eReader or eBook device, is a portable electronic device that allows you to upload texts in digital format (eBook) and read them as if they were a paper book.

Kindle: this player is compatible with the format "mobi", however, it is very easy to convert your files "ePub", not protected by DRM, so that you can read them on the player.
You need to download the free program Calibre and install it on your computer. Caliber allows you to manage your eBooks and to convert the format so that you can read it on a specific eReader.
Once the program is installed, open the eBook that you want to convert with Calibre. In the menu at the top left you find the heading "Convert books", by selecting it you will be asked for the format in which you want to convert your file. Select the format "mobi" and click on "ok".
When you are finished, simply select the converted file and right click on its name, select "Open the folder": in this way you will find the file of your eBook in the "mobi" format ready to be loaded on Kindle.

Kobo: to be able to read your eBooks on Kobo, you need a program to transfer your files on the device, such as the free program Adobe Digital Editions.
Once you have installed the program connect your Kobo to the computer with the USB cable and turn the power on. Open Adobe Digital Editions that will detect the presence of the device and will ask you to authorize it with your Adobe ID, to authorize it tap "Connect", and then click "Authorize device". Once authorized the Kobo you can transfer your eBooks from the program by dragging the files from the shelf to your device, then disconnect the Kobo.

Sony Reader: if your device is a Sony Reader you'll need to install the latest version of the Sony Reader Library software on your computer. After you have installed the program you will be asked to authorize it with your Adobe ID. To do this it is enough to turn it on and click in the upper right of the "Info" icon : you will go to the settings of Sony Reader Library. At this point click on the button "Authorize" and then enter your Adobe ID and your password. Now connect your device to your computer, the program will detect it and will ask you to authorize it, to do so just click the button "Authorize". Now you can open your eBooks with Sony Reader Library and transfer them to your eReader.

Other eReader: to read an eBook on an eReader simply transfer it from your computer to the player. To do so, you can use the free program Adobe Digital Editions. Once installed, connect your eReader to your computer with the USB cable and turn it on, the program will detect the presence of the player and will ask you to authorize it with your Adobe ID, to authorize it tap "Connect" and then click "Authorize device". Once authorized, you can transfer your eBooks from the program by dragging the files from the shelf to your device, then disconnect the eReader.

Smartphone and Tablet:

iPhone/iPad: to read the eBooks on iPhone or iPad you need to install an application that can open the files. You can use iBooks that is already integrated or Bluefire which is downloadable for free from the App Store. With Bluefire you can also read eBooks protected by DRM.
Once installed Bluefire, you will be asked to associate the program with your profile Adobe, by entering your Adobe ID and your password. If you change your iPad or iPhone, to retrieve your eBooks you will need to reinstall Bluefire and authorize it with the same Adobe ID. To transfer your eBooks to Bluefire you can use iTunes. Launch the program, connect your iPhone/iPad and select it from the left column; click on the tab "Applications" at the top, below you will find "File Sharing"; select Bluefire, add your eBooks and click "Apply". Now disconnect the device and you will find the files in the library of Bluefire.

Blackberry: in order to be able to read eBooks on your Blackberry is possible to use Overdrive Media Console, which allows you to read DRM-protected eBooks. When you open the program you will be asked to authorize it with your Adobe ID.

Smartphone/Tablet Android: Android is an operating system installed on many Smartphones or Tablets, to be able to read your eBooks on these devices you can use the free programs Bluefire or Aldiko.
If you have downloaded Bluefire you will need to authorize the program with your Adobe ID, then download your eBook, you will be asked if you want to open it with Bluefire, accepts and the eBook will be downloaded.
If you have downloaded Aldiko authorize it with your Adobe ID from Home>Settings>Adobe DRM. Then go to Home>My catalogs and create a new catalog. In the window that will open give a name to the catalogue and paste the URL of the ePub or PDF file that you want to download. Now by clicking on the catalogue created the eBook will be downloaded.
